During this Yoga Nidra, we will invite the mind and body to deeply relax through awareness and breath. In this relaxed space we will set our Sankalpa (or intention) for this session. After the body has begun to relax and our resolve claimed, we will embark on a journey to a Sacred Meadow where we will lay the body down to rest and receive the nourishment of this sacred space.In the meadow, we will move through a process to rotate consciousness; rotate awareness.

This Nidra process is intended as a guide to leave the waking state of existence, move past the dreaming state and enter a space of deep sleep while remaining awake for as long as possible, allowing your body to be nourished, revitalized, and even healed.

Please ensure that you are in a space where it is safe for you to lie down, relax, and maybe even drift off to sleep when the session concludes. I encourage you to remain awake for as much of the session as possible to receive the greatest benefit from this practice.

Allow yourself to remain awake and aware for as much of the session as possible.
Let go of any expectations and follow the guidance.
