This guided meditation is an invitation to release your burdens and enter into the sacred art of surrender.

We begin by grounding into the earth, allowing the body to feel supported and held. From there, we move through a body scan by slowly moving awareness from the feet to the crown of the head, gently relaxing the muscles and softening areas of tension. There is no force here, only permission to let go.

As the body settles, we bring attention into the heart, allowing the steady energy of the earth to rise and flow inward. With each breath into the heart space, you are invited to release what is no longer needed: stress, mental noise, emotional weight, whatever is ready to go.

This longer meditation is accompanied by soft music and spacious pauses, offering ample time for deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and embodied surrender.
